MCW Consultants Ltd. (MCW), a wholly owned private Canadian Corporation, is a fully integrated mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services company with more than 50 years of national and international consulting experience.
MCW Consultants Ltd. was founded and incorporated under federal charter in 1964 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Expansion to Toronto was undertaken in 1967. In 1970, a further expansion program was undertaken in British Columbia with the opening of the Vancouver office. Leading mechanical and electrical engineering firms in Winnipeg, MCW Consultants Ltd. and AGE Engineering Consultants Inc. (1992), joined forces in 1999 to provide a combined mechanical and electrical consulting firm, operating under the name of MCW/AGE Consulting Professional Engineers. In 2015 continuing to move forward in innovative ways and to expand in the industry, MCW Group of Companies and Hemisphere Engineering Inc. joined forces to create a new engineering entity in Alberta, MCW Hemisphere Ltd. Currently, the MCW Group of Companies has over 450 employees in the following offices: Winnipeg and Dauphin, MB; Thunder Bay, Ottawa and Toronto, ON; Vancouver, Kelowna, BC; Edmonton and Calgary, AB; Halifax, NS and Moncton and St. John, NB.
