CMC Consultants Inc. (CMC) provides a broad range of Energy Advisory Services, Project Management Services, Regulatory Advisory Services, Environmental Management Services and other services to International and Domestic Governments, Private and Public Multi-National Corporations and Utilities. Additionally, CMC Consultants Inc. enters into joint venture or sub-consultant agreements with various Canadian and International companies and associates so as to structure project experts in the most effective and cost efficient manner, always being mindful of project deliverables, project costs and schedules.

CMC Consultants Inc. is headquartered in Winnipeg, CANADA and has carried out Electrical Transmission Grid Studies, Electrical Submarine Feasibility studies, 20-year Electrical Management Plans, an Environmental Management Plan in Liberia, LPG Regulatory Framework analysis in Abu Dhabi, UAE and an External Review of a northern Canadian electrical utility for the Government of Nunavut. Additional studies and advisory services that have been carried out in Nunavut include Utility Revenue Requirement Study, Heat Recovery analysis and evaluation and the preparation of an Energy Strategy for the Minister of Energy.  CMC Consultants Inc. has completed assignments related to Industrial Power Rates, Rate Structures and Cost Allocation analysis for an industrial customer association in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Mr. Sandison has been the President of CMC over the past 15 years and has provided evidence and testimony for regulatory tribunals, carried out many feasibility, hydrocarbon supply analyses, cost allocation and rate design studies related to natural gas utilities, primarily for regulators of electrical and natural gas and propane utilities in Canada, including studies in Saskatchewan, Alberta, Northwest Territories, Manitoba, New Brunswick and as the Certifying Authority in Nova Scotia.  Mr. Sandison has also conducted natural gas privatization evaluations in Mexico for the Comision Reguladora de Energia and developed four national natural gas standards (NOMs) for transmission, distribution, LPG and odorization. Additionally, CMC has been engaged by the World Bank and primary consultants related to electric regulatory projects in Russia, The Palestinian Territories, United Arab Emirates and Liberia.
